Junction 8 have been going for around two years, they were formed during a "WIRED FOR SOUND" course in the summer of '98 and have been going ever since.
The average age of the band is around 15/16 and they play gigs regularly around Hertforshire.
As well as writing their own material they also do some popular rock covers by band and artists like:

LENNY KRAVITZ
THE RED HOT CHILLI PEPPERS
GARY MOORE
JIMI HENDRIX

Jonathan Russell the lead guitarist of the group also got through to that final six of "Guitarist" magazine's 1998 "Young Guitarist of the Year"
